2. When will the sent listing  be published??

    it would be published in a day, after been approved by Admin.

3.How would i know my listing got published?? Will that be intimated?

   Yup...Once it's been approved by Admin, the listing will be published on Listing and you will be prompted with a message.

4. Can the published listing be deleted/ edited by others?

    No...
