2. Authorized Third-Party Activities

Helpotherz connects donors and beneficiaries. While we facilitate campaigns, we are not a party to any campaign or agreement between donor and beneficiary.

We may share Personal Information with trusted service providers (analytics, hosting, email, advertising, payment processing), group entities for legitimate business purposes, applicable trusts for legal compliance, and government authorities where required by law. Sharing is limited to the intended purpose and safeguarded in accordance with applicable law; international transfers occur with appropriate safeguards.

The Platform may contain links or advertisements operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review each third party’s privacy policy before interacting.

The Platform is intended for Indian residents aged 18 and above who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
