Membership Policy
Objective
The purpose of this Membership Policy is to establish a clear and transparent framework that encourages individuals to actively participate in the social welfare activities of the Foundation.
Types of Membership
- General Member
- Any individual who supports and aligns with the objectives of the Foundation and wishes to participate in welfare programs is eligible to become a General Member.
- Primary Member
- Individuals who contribute a monthly or annual subscription amount as prescribed by the Foundation.
- Their contributions will be added to the Foundation’s Welfare Fund and utilized for charitable and welfare-based activities.
- Life Primary Member
- Individuals who make a one-time fixed contribution (as decided by the Foundation) to become lifetime supporters of the Foundation’s welfare initiatives.
- Honorary Member
- Persons who have rendered distinguished service to society or contributed significantly to the Foundation may be nominated as Honorary Members by the Board.
Membership Eligibility and Conditions
- Minimum age for membership: 18 years.
- The applicant must accept the aims, objectives, and rules of the Foundation and apply in writing.
- Membership will be confirmed only upon approval by the Board of Trustees / Executive Committee.
Member Contribution
- Each member may contribute monthly or annually to the Foundation as a form of “Contribution.”
- These contributions shall not be treated as interest-bearing deposits but as part of the Welfare Fund of the Foundation.
- All contribution amounts will be utilized exclusively for social welfare schemes such as education, healthcare, self-employment support, and food relief programs.
Rights of Members
- The right to apply for and participate in the Foundation’s welfare schemes.
- The right to attend general meetings and express opinions or suggestions.
- The right to apply for financial assistance from the Foundation, subject to eligibility and rules.
Responsibilities of Members
- Respect and adhere to the Foundation’s objectives, vision, and rules.
- Ensure timely payment of monthly or annual contribution amounts.
- Actively participate in social service and welfare programs conducted by the Foundation.
- Refrain from any act that may harm the reputation or goodwill of the Foundation.
Membership Termination / Removal
- Membership may be terminated if a member violates the rules or provides false information.
- Removed members may reapply for membership, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
Rules for Utilization of Funds
- All contributions from members shall be utilized solely for the Foundation’s welfare and charitable projects.
- No member shall receive any personal profit or financial gain from the Foundation’s funds.
- Members may receive benefits such as educational assistance, medical aid, self-employment support, or food relief as part of the Foundation’s approved welfare programs.
General Provisions
- The Board of Trustees reserves full authority to admit, suspend, or terminate any membership.
- These rules and conditions may be amended, modified, or expanded by the Foundation as required to meet organizational needs.
